How does it work?
Are you fired, has your contract not been renewed or is your employment terminated? Then you are entitled to a severance pay, officially called a transition compensation. A transition compensation can be part of a severance payment and is a (new) right, just like holiday pay or leave. Employers are required to pay compensation to any employee who is eligible. We are happy to help you prepare a petition for your former employer, in order for you to receive the compensation you are entitled to.
What do we do for you?
We submit petitions for severance payments for all employees who are legally eligible. We take care of the complete legal process. We will file a petition and submit it to your former employer. Even if your employer is unwilling to pay the fee, we will deal with it. The compensation to be received will be deposited into our account and we will then transfer it to you. We receive a 25% of your fee as payment, but only if you actually receive your compensation.

Method
Calculate your severance payment
Make sure you are entitled to a severance package and calculate what you are entitled to.
Calculation
(1/3 gross monthly wage) x (number of months worked/12)
Example
An employee with a gross monthly wage of € 3.600 is therefore entitled to a transition compensation of € 100 after one month of work.
3.600/3 = 1.200 x 1 = 1.200/12 = 100
Submit your request
You submit a payslip and your email address within three months of your termination date. You can do this with our form. It would be helpful if we would also get your former employer's email address right away, as well as the sum you want to claim.
We will get to work
We draw up a petition for you and send it directly to your former employer. If the employer agrees immediately, then he deposits the fee into our account, and we will transfer the amount (minus the fee of 25%) to you.
Does your former employer refuse to pay?
If your employer does not pay after we have filed a petition, we will take other steps. Read on below.
Does your former employer refuse to pay the fee?
Does your former employer refuse to pay after we have filed a petition? Then we will take further steps.
We will contact your former employer
We will argue the request for your old employer, and we will contact you for adversarial hearing. This means, that we will find out why your former employer does not agree with the request.
You send evidence
You have to send us additional evidence so that we can prove that you are entitled to compensation.
We demand your former employer to pay
Once again, we urge your former employer to pay. To do so, we will send him a written demand for your compensation.
We start a procedure
Does your former employer still refuse to pay? Then we start legal proceedings by use of the district court. This judge deals, among other things, with disagreements regarding employment matters.
The results
If the court decides in your favour, then the employer is obliged to transfer the fee to us. We then deposit the amount (minus the fee and the legal costs) into your account.
Destroy data
We close the file and destroy all data as soon as possible, provided that laws and regulations do not impede this.
